Trust & Safety

Using Pandoy

Your first kit is a free trial. After that, Pandoy is a paid product, either per kit or as a subscription, because building and curating kits properly costs real work. Exact prices are coming soon, and families who join early get our introductory price.

Every kit is designed to be led by a parent, with your child alongside you. Every wonder is hand-picked from credible, kid-appropriate sources rather than pulled from an open feed, and every real life experience is chosen to be safe when a parent leads it. You always make the final call for your family and your home.

Your family's data

When you visit pandoy.ai, our server automatically logs standard technical details, like your device and browser type, the page you arrived from, and the date and time of your visit. This is anonymous, unless and until you choose to leave your email with us. If you do, we store it along with an optional age band for your child, not any other personal information about them.

We use tools to see, anonymously, how families move through a kit, which steps get finished and where people get stuck, so we can keep improving what we build. We do not use cookies for advertising, and our site does not ask your child to submit any information directly, only a parent sets up and manages a kit.

We never sell or rent your information to anyone, and we never use your family's data to train AI models. We do not build a profile of your child, unless your family prefers personalised kits. In that case, it is something you turn on, only with your consent.

After you join our early access list, if you want to come off, just tell us by email and you are off.

Responsible AI

Your child never talks to an AI inside Pandoy, and nothing your family does in a kit is fed back into an AI model. AI helps us find, shape and check kit content before it reaches you, but a person reviews and curates every kit before it goes out.

Videos play through their official players, within each platform's terms, and creators are always credited.
